Evernote is the one tool that can help you keep track of EVERYTHING. It has great syncing between tablets, phones and desktops. Your notes can be everywhere you are! Create categories and tags to organize. It even teams up with Skitch to keep track of your screenshots.
Diigo is the answer to that age old question, "What website was that on again?" Instead of a never ending list of bookmarks, Diigo allows for you to save and tag the websites you find. It allows for you to search those tags and find that lost website. You can access your Diigo bookmarks anywhere and share them easily with your teachers and students.
